Day 3 - The power of planning

I found that as my week is coming to an end, that I have been doing more mental meal planning and preparation for when I am out and about. I have veggies chopped, a snack bag in my purse, and I fill my water jar every time I empty it.

I have really missed being in ED mode I guess as I am loving this go-round.

As for workouts, I was REALLY sore yesterday, but I did manage to do half a meltdown, power circuit, and then LIFE stepped in and had me running and sprinting everywhere yesterday. If it wasn't after kids, then it was to catch the bus, and to top it off a MAD sprint home from the buss stop to make it to the potty in time (HAHA for drinking more water....at least I am ON track!)

All in all it was a GREAT day with GREAT food, enough rest, and good exercise. mmmmm....HEALTHY!
